唐诗-静夜思-Activities

静 夜 思

chuáng qián míng yuè guāng
床 前 明 月 光,
yí shì dì shàng shuāng
疑 是 地 上 霜 。
jǔ tóu wàng míng yuè
举 头 望 明 月,
dì tóu sī gù xiāng
低 头 思 故 乡。
Zhōngqiū jiājié bèi sī qīn,
中秋佳节倍思亲,
yuán yuán míngyuè shì wǒ xīn.
圆圆明月是我心。
Zhù dàjiā zhōngqiū kuàilè,
祝大家中秋快乐,

Back to School Activities
Day 1
Self Introduction自我介绍
1. Send out this sheet withe open house package.

2. Separate students to five groups and let them exchange their information.
3. Give students supplies, like colored poster paper, sticky notes.
4. Students collect information, make poster and display the poster as a team.

- I introduced severl famous cities in China.
- Students choose where they want to visit in China.
- They write down the reason why they choose this place on the sticky notes.
Day 3

1. Three students work as a group. I send out three worksheet.A U.S map with states' name in English.A blank U. S. mapA list with all the states' name both in English and Chinese2. Students have to work together to fill the big blank map with states' Chinese names.3. Homework: list the states names in Chinese that you have been to.4. Give students stickers to write their Chinese names. Stick to the map.
